An accomplished executive with over 20 years’ experience in the Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) industry, Drew joined Collins Foods after serving nearly two decades as an executive team member with AmRest, during which time it grew to become the largest independent restaurant company in Europe.
In his time there, Drew served in various senior roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Digital Officer, and Brand President KFC. Additionally, Drew served as President of the Central Europe Division, in which he was responsible for over 500 restaurants across 4 brands (KFC, Pizza Hut, Starbucks and Burger King) and seven countries. Prior to his current role as CEO, Drew served three years at Collins Foods as the Chief Operating Officer for Australia. He has also worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company and holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Business School.
Collins Foods Limited (CKF) is a KFC and Taco Bell franchisee in Australia and KFC franchisee in the Netherlands and Germany, as well as the owner of Sizzler restaurants in Australia. CKF is also a franchisor of the Sizzler brand in South East Asia. CKF owns and operates 223 KFC, 10 Taco Bell and 14 Sizzler restaurants in Australia; 15 KFC restaurants in Germany and 18 KFC restaurants in the Netherlands. CKF is also a franchisor of the Sizzler brand in South East Asia, with 73 franchised stores operating mainly in Thailand, as well as China and Japan. Headquartered in Brisbane, CKF has delivered shareholders a total return of more than 28% annually, over the past 5 years.
