• 6.30pm – Meeting Start Time
• 9.15pm – Meeting Finish Time

FOOD

• The meeting cost includes a quality two course meal plus coffee and tea.
• Food allergies can be catered for by stating allergies when registering and paying for the event online.
• A bar is available for the purchase of beverages.

DRESS CODE

The Brisbane Club requires that an evening dress standard that must be complied(See Club Rules).

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT A MEETING?

Prior to formally commencing the presentations, the evening initially provides an opportunity for members to informally network over a few drinks and a meal. The guest speaker and member presentations generally allow for questions and answers from the audience.

• Members and visitors should refrain from conversation whilst speakers or members are addressing the room.
• Members and visitors should also be aware that the venue does not permit any canvassing of goods or services during the meeting.

• Please note: Registration closes at 10.00 am on the Friday before the meeting. This is a strict deadline for catering purposes. Online payment is required as part of the registration process.
